FMVision presents PLASTIC RESIDUAL INSPECTION
PRI, Performs the detection of plastic film fragments or foreign material inside products.
It assure the absence of the plastic residual or foreign material after the unpacking operation.
Both Horizontal and Vertical position are detected thanks to the special optical design.
It inspect too the exact color of product , avoiding Mix-Up non conformity. Thanks to the special design the system is completely washable. It can be installed directly on existent line. Easy to install thanks to linear designed.
